The reason that I use the term "PROBABLY" is done out of respect for Jesse's wishes.
I don't mean to embarrass you, Tim. But the "inconsistencies" which you note are in your perception of my material rather than in my presentation. You obviously did not take the time to read my full page nor to watch the videos which prove that it is NOT Mr. Kolb in the photo. Nor did you take the time to look at the data and the photos showing that it is "PROBABLY Elvis".

You will see that he wrote of his plastic surgery with which he was not entirely happy.
This, as I have written before explains the slight difference in his appearance from before 1977 and his appearance after 1977. He also wrote of this in his letter to me in July, 1997 when he sent me the photo itself. But, again I show that the bone structure has not changed...not even one bit.

I have added an excerpt from a letter which Elvis/Jesse wrote to Dr. Hinton during the writing of the book. In this excerpt you will see that Elvis/Jesse had been recognized in Miami during some police busts which he was doing. His people decided that it was not safe for him to continue that type of work. He states that he had envisioned doing more police work (after 1977).

Once more I realize that I have forgotten that most of the visitors to my site have not read Jesse's book and therefore are missing pieces of the puzzle. With this in mind, I am going to begin work on a new page which will consist of excerpts from Elvis/Jesse's handwritten letters which were published in his book. My copies will be made from my own copy of the rough draft of the book. As you will see in the brief excerpt below, Jesse intended for the book to be "ours" from the beginning...never to belong to just one person in our tiny group. I, on the other hand, always thought of it as Jesse's book...he did write the largest part of it himself. It is his thoughts and memories which are expressed within it's pages.
These are all letters which Jesse wrote directly to Dr. Hinton. Because Jesse agreed to allow these letters to be used in the book, I have no qualms about sharing them here on my web site. As I have stated before, Jesse's letters directly to me are private and I won't display them without his explicit permission
Also on my new page, you will see where Jesse made the promise that the photo of him with Benjamin could be used in the book, etc. as well as a comment about not being completely satisfied with the results of the plastic surgery....which explains the fact that he does look slightly different in the photo with Benjamin. Update on the movie below:
I have now watched the movie below. I enjoyed it simply because of the theme being that Elvis is alive. It is an independent film. Not a serious movie at all. It is a cute comedy. I do like, very much, the portrayal of Elvis...only one complaint, he didn't play a big enough part. I didn't get to see him as much as I would have liked to. I have sent my DVD to Jesse. I think he will get a chuckle out of it. Sometimes he doesn't know about things going on such as this movie. I also sent him the DVD of "Bubba Ho-Tep" several years ago.

New link to a movie based on the premise that Elvis is alive
I want to thank my dear friend, Bobbi, who called to tell me about this movie back when it was first coming out.
The title of the movie is: Lonely Street, Return of the Rebel
This is a comedy, however, the actor who portrays Elvis said that he made it his goal to portray a dignified Elvis.
I have not viewed this movie yet...I have a DVD on order. If I remember correctly, the movie opened in a theater in Memphis and then went to DVD...again, my memory may not be correct on this.

I really like the results of their tedious task of turning Robert Patrick into Elvis...When you view the still from the movie below, I am certain you will understand why I like it so much.
Compare the jaw and the chin to those of Jesse.

I have added another performance of a song by Elvis during his last tour in June, 1977. Remember that the CBS film crew was traveling with Elvis' tour and was filming his shows to air as a TV special. So, Elvis knew that the messages (clues) which he gave out during those shows would one day make their way onto TV and would ultimately be his "Farewell" show to the world.
Surely, no one can think that it was just a "coincidence" that on his very last tour, it was arranged for it to be taped for television. This had NEVER been done before. He wanted to say goodbye to the fans who loved him so much and who he, in turn, loved so much.
The new addition to my MUSICAL MESSAGES GIVEN BY ELVIS page is My Way. You will see that he very cleverly drew the audience's attention to the words in this song. I have a video link on my page also so that you may watch his last performance of this song.
I feel sure you will enjoy this very much. The performance is simply magnificent.

I am inserting here excerpts from three of my Emails to my friend which I sent in Dec. 2009. I voiced my opinion and later a confirmed statement that her "Jesse" is not the real Elvis/Jesse. Jesse himself confirmed this to me out of his own mouth. That is why I wrote that "I am positive..." in my Emails below.

The following is a public message to the perpetrator of the defamation about me below...dated Monday, January 25, 2010:
You have defamed me maliciously with no grounds whatsoever, except that I am friends with the person you conned into thinking that you were Jesse (Elvis Aron Presley). That is the reason that I have not posted a link to your blog of trash...to protect my friend from embarrassment.
You have NEVER exchanged one word of communication with me personally. I have the document showing where you contacted me back on Jan. 16th under the name of "Elvis Aron Presley" requesting that I allow you to follow me on Twitter. I immediately DECLINDED your request. I saved this exchange and have placed it below for you and all to see as well as my Email notification of your Twitter request:
I also have many, many Emails between my friend and myself in which I told her repeatedly to not be fooled by you. I asked Elvis himself before I told her that you ABSOLUTELY WERE NOT ELVIS/JESSE.
When your contact with my friend was coming to an end, I sent a request to follow you on Twitter because I wanted to see if you would admit me so that I could confront you about your impersonation of Elvis/Jesse. You, of course, declined...as I pretty much thought you would.
I have every single one of those Emails showing that I DID NOT believe that you were Elvis/Jesse.
I do believe that I do know who you are, though.
Perhaps it would be wise if you take a close look at the documents pertaining to Defamation and copyright infringement. Also, the act of impersonating a private person. There is a case against you on ALL those counts.
Below is the photo of me with Dr. Hinton from which you stole the photo and then converted to black and white. As you can see, this photo had TWO statements prohibiting the use of the photo without the explicit written permission of myself...the owner of the photo.
I want to make one thing PERFECTLY CLEAR to you and everyone else. My friend, Jesse, is absolutely the one and only Elvis Presley. I have been friends with him beginning in 1992 and I have letters and gifts spanning that whole period of time. I spoke with him recently on Sunday, December 27, 2009 and more recently on Wednesday, January 13, 2010. Therefore, I get my information straight from Elvis himself. I have NO NEED to correspond with fools and liars.
You are fighting a losing battle with me. I will not close my web site; I will not denounce my friend Elvis/Jesse; I will never back down from a fight when I know I am right and when I have full documentation to prove it.
