Mike Joseph said that he made the interview tape about his taking of the photo AFTER he told Gail that IT WAS NOT Elvis in the photo!?!  What is that supposed to mean?  He says there is no tape of him saying that he said it was Elvis and then turns around and speaks about doing the interview tape.

The following is from an Email sent out to others by a person who frequents THE TRUTHABOUT ELVIS comments board. 

The information below is just an updated version of the lies which were spread about me and Jesse back in 2001 after his book came out.  These lies originated from Mary Smiley and Paul Monroe.  Anyone who has had any contact with these two people, know how hate filled and vile they are in their attacks on anyone who becomes the target of their hate.

I have addressed some of these issues back in 2003 on Suite 101 and Delphi forums.  I won’t waste my time explaining anything because I am damned if I do and damned if I don’t. 

But below are two newspaper articles with photos proving that Joel Timothy Zophy most certainly is not the man on the lawn mower with Benjamin. I can tell you for certain that Tim Zophy is in no way involved with me or Jesse.  All of the BS about him being involved with us is nothing but fabricated garbage.

I have previously proven this point in my 2003 messages which I posted.  Back then, Mary Smiley’s story was that it was Joel Timothy Zophy in the photo with Benjamin on the lawn mower.  Once I presented the following newspaper articles with photos proving once and for all that her allegations about the photo were absolutely lies, she then changed her approach and concocted the kind of trash that is out there today.  Then, of course, Paul Monroe was involved.  Now there are a handful of fools putting their lies together.

Long before they came out with the DNA in the Elvis/Jesse case on the show with that one tv anchor out of St. Louis, it would be Bill Beenie’s DNA samples involved with EJ. His DNA samples have made the rounds for years.

If it matches EJ, it’s Tim Zophy’s. And he can be found in either one of two places: Federal Prison, or in the mental hospital in Kalamzaoo. He was the one with the “voice distorter,” and he wrote the letters in Hinton’s book. He was one of the Jon Burrows. TZ was involved with Donald Hinton. Last heard he was in a mental hospital in Kalamazoo. When he is released from the hospitlal, he will go to Federal Prison.

In one of the Letters in Belka’s book (Unquiet Grave), it mentions “the other Jon Burrows!”

TZ was behind the Kalamzoos sighting, the one Louise Welling witnessed. Louise is very sincere, and believes it was Elvis she saw. A Group exposed the Kalamzoo sighting in a book, “True Disbelievers: The Elvis Contagion.”

TZ was involved with Paul DeMoss who helped Paul D. set up the sighting. Ray K. (I don’t recall the spelling of his last name. It is a polish name) impersonated Elvis in the Kalamazoo sighting. Actually it wasn’t a “supermarket” sighting, it was a small “grocery store”sighting in Vicksburg, Michigan, outside of Kalamazoo

DeMoss was one of the group who purchased the “pool house picture” for Gail Giorgio. Mike Joseph who took the photos exposed the group on Larry King. Gail near crapped her pants. LOL Graceland took Gail off the scene after this group was exposed on Larry King, and it was proved Gail was involved with them. Three were named on Larry King involving the Sivle Group who signed the pool house picture contract. The Sivle group goes back to Steve Chanzes.

I just want you to have info, I was told by someone the letters are being written by a guy named Tim, and he is locked up. Then I get this info above……OH man my head is spinning.
